New Features & Updates

1. Manage Your Own Reservations
Clients will now be able to schedule, modify, and cancel reservations directly through the owner portal.

  • Daycare & Grooming: Can be cancelled or modified at any time through the portal.

  • Boarding: 

    • The system will allow you to modify boarding reservations 7 days or more prior to your scheduled start date.

    • If you are within the policy window, you will need to call the business directly to cancel or modify your reservation and will still be responsible for the 50% cancellation fee, per your contract.

We strongly encourage parents to use the owner portal for all scheduling changes to ensure accuracy and help reduce human error.

2. Upload Vaccine Records
You will be able to upload and update your pup’s vaccine records directly through the portal for review.
Please note: all uploaded and updated vaccines will still be reviewed and confirmed by our staff to ensure dates are accurate and up to date before approval.

3. Communication Changes
With the new system, we will no longer be able to send text messages through our platform. Communication can be made via:

  • Phone call

  • Email

  • Paw Partner’s built-in messaging system
